2. Jakie dane przetwarzamy i po co

• Contact form and e-mail - name and surname, e-mail address, optional telephone number, company name, website address and message content. Purpose: response to the inquiry and preparation of the offer (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).
• Telephone contact – telephone number and information provided in the conversation. Purpose: handling the inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
• Contract Fulfillment – customer contact and billing details. Purpose: performance of the contract, settlements and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR).
• Website statistics - data on the use of the website collected by analytical tools only after expressing consent in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Jak długo przechowujemy dane

Dane z zapytań przechowujemy do czasu udzielenia odpowiedzi, a jeśli nie dojdzie do współpracy – nie dłużej niż 12 miesięcy. We store customer data for the duration of the contract and for the period required by tax regulations and the limitation period for claims. Dane analityczne – zgodnie z ustawieniami narzędzia, nie dłużej niż 14 miesięcy.

4. Komu przekazujemy dane

Dane mogą być przekazywane podmiotom, które przetwarzają je na nasze zlecenie: dostawcy hostingu i poczty e-mail, biuru rachunkowemu, dostawcom narzędzi analitycznych (po wyrażeniu zgody). Nie sprzedajemy danych. Jeśli narzędzie przekazuje dane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy, odbywa się to na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych lub decyzji Komisji Europejskiej.

5. Your rights

• access to data and receiving a copy of it,
• rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,
• data transfer,
• objection to processing on the basis of legally justified grounds business,
